1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of LFDUO.GG, including its website, chat rooms, matchmaking, profiles, social features, virtual hearts, gifts, card customization, subscriptions, overlays, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, signing in, clicking acceptance, purchasing anything, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy, payment disclosures, community rules, and any additional terms presented for a feature are incorporated into these Terms when posted.
2. Eligibility and Minors
You must meet the minimum age requirements applicable to your Riot Games account and region. Consistent with Riot Games’ eligibility framework, you must be: (a) an adult; (b) an emancipated minor; or (c) using the Service with valid consent from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use the Service is responsible for the minor’s use, conduct, and purchases.
You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
3. Accounts and Riot IDs
You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Information you provide must be accurate. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent account ownership, sell or transfer access, evade enforcement, or use another person’s Riot account without authorization.
A displayed name, font, theme, or player-card design is cosmetic and does not change the underlying Riot ID used for account identity.
4. Third-Party Services and Riot Games
LFDUO.GG is an independent service and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, affiliated with, or operated by Riot Games, Inc. Riot Games, League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, VALORANT, Riot IDs, and related marks and game data belong to Riot Games or their respective owners.
The Service may rely on Riot APIs, Riot Sign On, Data Dragon, HenrikDev, payment processors, hosting providers, or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, security, or changes. Rank and account information may be delayed, incomplete, unofficial, or inaccurate.
5. User Content and License
“User Content” includes messages, profile text, display names, card designs, room names, and anything else users submit. You retain ownership of rights you hold in User Content. You grant LFDUO.GG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify solely for formatting or moderation, display, transmit, and distribute User Content as necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the Service.
You represent that you have all rights required to submit User Content and that it does not violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or these Terms. Public and shared content should not be treated as confidential.
6. Conduct and Moderation
You may not use the Service to:
- harass, threaten, stalk, bully, exploit, or discriminate against others;
- post slurs, hateful content, sexual exploitation material, unlawful content, malicious links, scams, spam, disruptive ASCII art, or content that infringes another person’s rights;
- collect personal information without authorization, expose private information, or circumvent blocks and safety controls;
- use bots, scraping, automation, exploits, denial-of-service techniques, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access;
- manipulate ranks, likes, hearts, matchmaking, payments, referrals, or other Service systems;
- use the Service for illegal gambling, money laundering, fraud, or unlawful commercial activity.
We may—but are not required to—filter, review, remove, preserve, or disclose content and may warn, mute, suspend, terminate, or report users. Automated moderation can make mistakes. You remain responsible for your conduct and interactions. Use caution when communicating with strangers and never share sensitive personal or financial information.
7. Virtual Hearts and Gifts
Hearts are limited, revocable, non-transferable virtual items licensed for use only within the Service. Hearts are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, property, or a bank balance; have no cash value; cannot be redeemed for cash; and may not be sold or transferred outside features expressly provided by LFDUO.GG.
Heart balances, gifts, rewards, and availability may be modified, limited, corrected, or discontinued where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or Service operation. Gifts may be final once sent. Sending a gift does not create a contractual obligation between users.
8. Premium and Recurring Billing
If Premium becomes available, the displayed subscription price is $4.99 per month unless another price is clearly shown before purchase. Premium may include 10 hearts daily and expanded or unlimited card customization, subject to reasonable technical, security, and abuse-prevention limits.
By starting a paid subscription, you authorize LFDUO.GG and its payment processor to charge the disclosed recurring amount and applicable taxes to your payment method until canceled. The checkout page will disclose the billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method before purchase. You may cancel future renewals through the method made available by LFDUO.GG; cancellation does not reverse charges already incurred.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout. We may refuse, reverse, or correct transactions affected by fraud, error, chargeback, unauthorized payment, or technical malfunction. Premium benefits may change prospectively; material subscription changes will be disclosed as required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
Except for User Content and third-party property, LFDUO.GG and its software, interface, branding, artwork, arrangement, and original content are owned by or licensed to LFDUO.GG. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
10. Privacy and Communications
We may process Riot IDs, account identifiers, ranks, profile settings, chat content, social relationships, gift activity, purchase records, technical data, and moderation records to operate and protect the Service. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, how we use and share it, retention, cookies, your rights, and how to contact us.
You consent to transactional communications about account security, purchases, gifts, friend requests, moderation, and material Service changes. Marketing communications, if any, will be handled according to applicable law.
11. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access, remove content, or restrict features when we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, failed to pay, engaged in fraud or abuse, or when required to protect users or the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute provisions.
12. Service Changes and Availability
The Service may be modified, interrupted, discontinued, or contain errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage of chat or profile data, accurate matchmaking, API availability, delivery of notifications, compatibility, or preservation of virtual items. You are responsible for maintaining copies of content you need.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” LFDUO.GG DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
LFDUO.GG does not endorse users or guarantee their identity, conduct, skill, rank, compatibility, or statements. Matchmaking, filters, moderation, ranks, and player cards are informational and social features only.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LFDUO.GG AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITIES; PERSONAL INTERACTIONS; OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) amounts you paid directly to LFDUO.GG during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (US $50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LFDUO.GG and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and personnel from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—arising from your User Content, purchases, conduct, misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any rights you cannot waive under applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue.
Before filing a claim, you and LFDUO.GG agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after written notice, unless immediate relief is reasonably necessary.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or another reasonable method and will state a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Service.
18. General Terms
These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Service except for additional terms expressly incorporated. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; LFDUO.GG may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer.
